What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers. The site uses no analytics service; the server keeps standard access logs for security.

Who processes data for us

Stripe Payments Europe (payments), Chakloon Passport (accounts, operated within our group), our own servers in Germany and Finland (Hetzner) for hosting and email. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. Transfers outside the EEA, if any (e.g. Stripe group), rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

What is public

Entries you submit, their credits and awards, your organisation's public profile, and — if you join the jury — your jury profile. Your email address is never public.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time — write to hello@designscreme.com. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or the authority of your country.
